FMC04 Series Linear Motor & Servo Motor Controller

 

The linear motor & servo motor controller has a built-in high-performance linear or servo drive, and cooperates with a high-precision grating ruler and a high-performance control module to form a fully closed-loop control system to accurately control the speed, position and torque of the linear stages or servo stages . At the same time, Feinixs also provides a variety of options for different application scenarios: H-high-performance version can perform a variety of complex movements; MINI-provides a variety of peripheral device expansion while reducing the size.

Feinixs provides feature-rich supporting software to control the displacement stages. You can also carry out secondary programming development through the standard SDK or communication protocol provided by us, and then control the displacement stages.

 

Free standard edition SDK:Multiple development languages are supported in the Window or Linux environment;Such as C/C++、C#、Matlab、LabVIEW etc;

The controller:Realize arc interpolation, linear interpolation, position memory to lead into arbitrary-graphics;

Option:Bus control of EtherCAT

The maximum output pulse frequency as per axis is 10MHz;

Support linear interpolation, arbitrary arc or space arc interpolation, spiral interpolation, elliptic interpolation;

Support electronic CAM, electronic gear, position latch, synchronous follow, virtual axis and other functions;

The maximum output current of the output can reach 300mA, and part of the solenoid valve can be directly driven by the  output current.

Standard control software is available, If startup the controller means the software can be run on, or you can use the SDK to program your own control.

FMC04-MINI/MINI03

Compact structure, small size, and strong function;

Multiple motion mode selection: jogging, relative motion, absolute motion, and reciprocating motion;

Built-in high-performance low-voltage DC driver, supports 3A continuous current (larger currents need to be customized);

Arbitrary position coordinate clearing;

Full closed-loop control;

Provides standard control software, ready to use, and can also use the SDK to program your own control;

Position error compensation, capable of establishing an error compensation table of up to 1000 points;

Suitable for low-power, low-speed applications.

FMC04 series controllers are equipped with control software independently developed by Feinixs Technology Co., Ltd, which can be installed and used in a PC Upper computer. The software has complete functions, the setup is simple, and it is suitable for most customers.

 

SDK Kit

Feinixs provides Software development kit(SDK) is intended for use by customers for the secondary development to the Feinixs motion control products. The SDK is developed in C# language. The control protocol is encapsulated and preset. Then users do not need to know the details of specific control protocol and It can be programmed by yourself. SDK development kit provides DLL function library, Multiple development languages are supported such as C#, Labview, Matlab, C++ and provide Demo program. The function library is supported developping related applications in the Window or Linux environment;The function library is for all types of controllers.
