FFMC-JK03 Three-Axis Motion Control Handle

The FMC-JK03 three-axis motion control handle is small in size, simple in operation and rich in functions. With FMC01/03/04-H series high-performance controller, it can quickly control the motion of all kinds of Feinixs’ stages. It is widely used in precision machining, microscanning, fiber coupling and other scenarios.

Rocker operating

Left and right: Control 0 axis (X axis) movement, push to the right direction is positive, left is negative;

Up and down: Control 1 axis (Y axis) movement, upward push direction is positive, downward is negative;

Rotation: Control 2-axis (Z-axis) movement, clockwise twisting direction is positive, counterclockwise is negative.

Press the button at the top of the rocker, the displacement table performs a quick return to zero operation, and the three movement axes return to the coordinate origin at the same time.

※ Note: This operation only returns to the origin of the current coordinate, and does not perform the built-in zero return procedure of the stages to find the mechanical origi

Speed switch

1X: All operations performed by the rocker are performed according to the speed of each axis set by the controller;

5X: All operations performed by the rocker are performed according to the speed of each axis set by the controller ×5;

10X: All operations performed by the joystick are performed at the speed of each axis x 10 set by the controller.

Switch of return to zero 

X-Z: 0 axis (X-axis) fast return to zero. After pressing the button, the 0 axis (X axis) returns to the origin of the coordinates;

1Y-Z: 1-axis (Y-axis) fast return to zero. After pressing the button, the 1-axis (Y-axis) returns to the origin of the coordinates;

2Z-Z: 2-axis (z-axis) fast return to zero. When the button is pressed, the 2-axis (z-axis) returns to the origin of the coordinates.
