FMSXY Stepping Motor 2D Scanning Stage
Feinixs developed the integrated stepping 2D stage. The controller can be built in. Excellent bi-directional repeatability and micro-stepping capability. The structure is small and easy to be integrated. Can be equipped with standard FMC01 series controller, and also provide SDK to customers for secondary development.
