FMS80 Stepper Motor High-precision Stages

 

FMS80 series stepper motor high precision universal Stages compact structure, high cost performance. The extreme product control and assembly process of Feinixs ensure that the screw structure stages has ±2μm repeatable positioning accuracy. The FMS80 is self-locking, easy to control and easy to use. As a universal stages, it is widely used in laboratory and industrial scenarios.

 

The range of travel：50mm、100mm、150mm；

Solid frame design：Ensures XY-shaft assembly reliably with a maximum stroke of 150mm×150mm;

Free standard edition SDK：Multiple development languages are supported in the Window or Linux environment；Such as C/C++、C#、Matlab、LabVIEW etc；
